So, during last period, I made a persuasive paragraph... except it was more like a persuasive essay. Anyway, I thought it was fully bangin', so I'll share it with you guys. Hey, it may persuade even YOU.

  So here it comes:
"Hello, all. I am present to speak about a game. That game is Ni No Kuni, and I reccomend you play it. That is, if you own a PS3. This is why I think you should get it:

Ni No Kuni was made via collaboration between Studio Ghibli ( Think Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke) and Level 5 ( Professor Layton), meaning it is top quality and is sure to please as long as you enjoy great plot and characters and playing fabulous videogames with gorgeous backgrounds. You do, don't you?

You know why else you should get Ni No Kuni? Young Oliver has just lost his mom. If you help him, he can get over his loss and maybe even SAVE her. Think about it, this kid has recently been orphaned and has been given a chance by YOU: The player, to save his mother, the only thing he's ever had. Doesn't that make you happy? That you can do something for this kid? Don't be a jerk, help this poor child.

Also Oliver can jump in-game. It's really funny. Play Ni No Kuni and enjoy all the hilarious frolicking for yourself.

The game has fairies with Welsh accents, too. Who wouldn't like Welsh fairies? Other than people who hate the Welsh, of course. Stop hating, people. And, not only do they have that, they have walking, fighting banana bunches. I repeat: walking banana bunches. Play Ni No Kuni.

You should know, Oliver's catchphrase is Neato. Isn't that funny and cute? Neato. The game is set in the 1950s, in an alternate universe where oranges are ONE CENT. ONE. CENT. That's pretty... NEATO *Badum-tchch*

If you really need further convincing, let me pop these in: One, It outsold Black Ops II and FIFA 13 in its opening weeks. Two: It was awarded Best RPG Award at E3 2012. Third: PlayStation LifeStyle awarded the game 10/10 and said, "Virtually every aspect of Ni no Kuni is a hit. If you have ever liked a Japanese RPG at all, you owe Ni no Kuni a shot." and Four: the game has an average rating of 9/10. If that hasn't convinced you, I don't know what will.

Just buy it. Buy and play Ni No Kuni."

Yeah. I thought it was EXTREME.

I fricking hate colds. Bloody things mess around with my nose and cause me to rub it nearly off! I might as well cover my resident sniffer with chapstick and call it a day ( I've heard that actually works. As a kid I had always wondered if it did...). That's not what this post is about, but I just needed something to complain about as per the usual.

Some of you have probably wondered why sometimes I choose to reply to your posts under the pseudonym " Pino". Like, we all probably know why I comment under Oliver ( My unhealthy obsession with Oliver from Ni No Kuni.), but why Pino? What, am I a Pinocchio fan or something? That's a very keen observation, considering there's a game I adore that takes the basic idea for Pinocchio called Wonder Project J. Wonder Project is an SNES-based Life Simulator where you have to teach this Gijin ( the game's name for the robots that inhabit Corlo Island, where the game takes place.) child what it is to be human. However, in the words of TV Tropes: "But then the boy starts kicking your dog, eating plates of food whole, and worshiping gardening tools." It's both frustrating and funny at the same time, and they get you really attached to the little guy ( Whose default name is Pino, but you can name him anything you want, even 'asshole' or 'Jerk' if you so desire.). Also, you might like that you're dealing with this:

I dunno about you, but Pino's cute as heck.
... Yeah. But fear not, as if you pay close enough attention to what stats rise and fall, it's not really that difficult. Did I forget to say that Pino acts on his own free will? Because he does, which is AMAZING!

My nose is still really runny and I suck at explaining how great this game is so here's a review I found extremely entertaining.

Although the game was never released here in English, there is a very professional translation out there somewhere ( Which I have on my PSP because I can.). You'll have to look for it yourself, though, because it would be mean to the creators of the game to link you to it.

  P.S. Pino's adorable. I mean, look!

I am... in love...

I'm pretty sure about that.

That aside, I have to write about what has happened 'Inside school walls' lately against my will. Geez, again with the off-topic. What transpired as of late has been pretty boring, but I'll focus on Romeo and Juliet since that's what we're doing like, right after this. Enjoy.

SO, Romeo and Juliet... an embarrassing play I had to take part in in about sixth grade, and still have to do to this day, hooray. However, now that I understand most of the crude jokes so far, I'm wondering if any teacher in sixth grade actually looked at the original content. Who ever heard of a play that starts out with two people talking about their... junk? Although I'm sure it was a more kid-friendly version, geez. Also, did people actually kiss on the first meeting back then because if so, [redacted]! What if kids these days did that too? Can you imagine first graders having already kissed a 'girlfriend' on the first day? That's actually kind of sick ( Bleh sick not cool sick) as I'm sure it has happened before.

The play's kind of absurd so far, as every time you turn around someone's making another virgin or penis joke; though I guess it's not that different from today, really. If you substitute virgin joke with a 'yo mama' style joke and penis with more penis it would be pretty close to what's happening today ( excuse my vulgarity but hey, why should we have to watch my language when writing my own personal thoughts? Am I going to lose job opportunities for putting down my deepest thoughts? Why sugar-coat things?).

Really, I guess Romeo and Juliet is kind of exactly what's going on right now, just without thirteen-year-olds getting married to fifteeners. I wonder what Shakespeare thought the world would be like in 2012? I doubt the thought crossed his mind, though.

SO, how many vaguely phallic jokes are YOU going to make today?

ha

Indeed it does.
Why I love Ni No Kuni.

Okay, you got me; I have no idea what to write, and I do not want to write about Civic Mirror because I feel just about the same as I did last time I wrote about it ( psych, I'm writing about it right now.). I'd rather not be writing at all, really. If I were, do you think I'd be writing here? No, I'd be writing my new story that I just thought up last week.

Now, it's no lie that I just ditched the other story; that's what I usually do. The most I've spent on a story lasted for an entire semester: about 15 giant hand-written chapters worth. That's right, I once wrote a 15 chapter story. Decided to stop because it would be difficult to rewrite on the computer. Instead, I've decided to move onto a fantasy number, but I don't really know what to do with it. All I've gotten down is the main character ( You might see him around the site; he's my blog picture thingy, but not the Pokemon on the top bar.)

Okay, now I'm too bored to write, goodbye.

I got over 100 views on the 30th! You guys are amazing!

Thank you for actually leaving comments, haha. It gives me a lot of motivation to hear from you guys! All of you deserve a party hat. Yes, a party hat. Never thought it would get this popular.

That aside, this is a moan about lunch. I forgot my lunch; tragic, I know. Just means I have more to eat tomorrow, however. I'm not even that hungry!

Okay, okay, that's not entirely the reason for writing this, the real reason ( no resin) I am writing is because of book club. You know those people that tend to read like a snail when it's not a book they really care about? Yeah? I'm not really that interested in mine, to be honest with you ( I was, however, quite interested with Cue For Treason last year; couldn't put it down, finished it in one night.). Too much describing! Also, we got our books late, so it was impossible to read to chapter 16. Sixteen is a very unrealistic number, don't you think? I'm almost sixteen; but that's not the point. The point is is that the book is too slowly paced for me. Then again, though, I picked up a bunch of library books earlier last week and haven't picked them up since because I was too busy drawing and crying over videogame characters... my life, everyone.

Okay, conclusion. Bye everyone! Don't forget your lunch! If you have, though, I feel for you, man. I really do.
